Text prop selectable not working since upgrade on iOS 26

Description

When using the selectable prop on a Text component, the selection behavior doesn’t work on iOS 26 as expected. It doesn’t highlight the text with a selection color or allow proper text selection — it only shows the copy menu.

Note:

• Discovered on my iphone 13 ios 26.2. Used to work before doing the upgrade on my iphone.
• Using RN with Expo

Steps to reproduce

1. Long press on a Text component with the selectable prop.
